Yvonne, is a compassionate and highly skilled therapist dedicated to empowering individuals on their journey toward healing and personal growth. As a Texas Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) with over 15 years of experience, Yvonne has worked in a variety of therapeutic settings, offering a wealth of knowledge and expertise.
Specializing in substance use disorders, life transitions, and trauma-informed care, Yvonne is also an internationally certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (ICADC). Her evidence-based interventions and unwavering commitment to client advocacy have helped countless individuals and families overcome challenges, build resilience, and achieve meaningful, lasting change.
Yvonne takes a holistic approach to therapy, drawing on her certifications as a Registered Yoga Teacher and Reiki Practitioner to integrate mindfulness, relaxation, and energy healing into her practice. Her unique blend of clinical expertise and holistic wellness offers clients a comprehensive path to mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
A proud U.S. Air Force veteran, Yvonne embodies discipline, empathy, and a solutions-focused mindset. Her experience in service has shaped her ability to provide supportive, nonjudgmental care while helping clients navigate life’s complexities with strength and purpose.
