Digital Detox: How to Set Healthy Boundaries with Technology
Technology connects us, but it can also contribute to stress, comparison, and mental fatigue. Taking a step back from screens can help restore focus, improve sleep, and enhance real-life experiences.
Why a Digital Detox is Important:
Improves Focus – Less screen time enhances concentration and creativity.
Enhances Sleep – Reducing blue light exposure leads to better rest.
Boosts Mental Health – Less scrolling, more presence in the real world.Ways to Create a Healthier Relationship with Technology:
Set Screen-Free Times – Try no screens an hour before bed or during meals.
Use "Do Not Disturb" Mode – Give your mind a break from constant notifications.
Replace Scrolling with a Hobby – Read, journal, or take a walk instead.
Challenge: Try a 7-Day Digital Detox – Reduce screen time daily and engage in real-world activities. Need ideas? We’ve created a Digital Detox Checklist to help you get started!
